Terms of Service
Last updated: March 15, 2026
Welcome to Telbase. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Telbase platform, including our website, CLI tools, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Telbase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Telbase is a deployment platform for the AI coding era. You build with any AI coding tool — Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or any coding agent — and Telbase handles detection, provisioning, and deployment automatically. Our Service enables you to:
- Deploy web applications, sites, APIs, and databases with a single command via our CLI
- Automatically provision and configure databases for your applications
- Configure authentication and access control for your deployed apps
- Connect GitHub repositories for automatic deployments
- Manage custom domains and environment variables
- Monitor deployment status and application logs
Telbase is designed for deploying web applications, APIs, and databases. The platform does not provide enterprise compliance certifications (SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.) and is not suitable for applications that require such certifications. Telbase does not support native mobile application hosting.
2. Account Terms
2.1 Account Creation
To use Telbase, you must create an account by authenticating through Google, Microsoft, or GitHub. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:
- Keep your authentication credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Ensure that team members with access follow security best practices
2.3 Account Types
You may create a personal account for yourself or an organization account on behalf of your company. If you create an organization account, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
2.4 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Telbase.
3. Billing and Payments
3.1 Subscription Plans
Telbase offers the following subscription tiers:
| Plan | Monthly Fee | Includes |
|---|---|---|
3.2 Infrastructure Included
All paid plans include hosting and database provisioning at no additional cost. There are no separate infrastructure bills. Resource limits are defined by your subscription tier as shown above. Resources beyond your plan limits may be added using credits, as described in Section 3.6.
3.3 Payment Terms
All fees are billed monthly in advance. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Payment is due upon invoice. We accept payment via credit card through Stripe. Failed payments may result in suspension of your Service access.
3.4 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Infrastructure costs are billed for actual usage and are not refundable. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us within 30 days.
3.5 Price Changes
We may modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
3.6 Credits
Credits are a pre-paid expansion currency for adding resources beyond your plan limits.
- Purchase: $1 = 10 credits. Minimum purchase: $5. Charged to your saved payment method.
- Usage: Extra deploy: 1 credit ($0.10). Extra app: 20 credits per month ($2). Extra database: 15 credits per month ($1.50).
- Expiry: Purchased credits expire 12 months from purchase date. Unused credits are forfeited upon expiry.
- Auto-refill: Configurable with monthly caps ($10/$20/$40). Charges your payment method when balance reaches zero.
- Grace Period: If your credit balance is insufficient to cover extra resources, a 14-day grace period applies. Extra resources continue operating during this period. After 14 days without sufficient credits, extra resources are suspended (not deleted).
- Non-transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between organizations, converted to cash, or refunded except where required by law.
- Plan resources unaffected: Apps, databases, and deploys within your plan limits are never affected by your credit balance.
