An app is any project using a full-stack framework — Next.js, Remix, SvelteKit, Express, Django, and others. The classification is based on your framework, not whether you have a database. Websites (Vite, Astro, static HTML) are free and unlimited on all paid plans.
Both SQLite and PostgreSQL are available from the Starter plan. Telbase detects your database type automatically and provisions the right one — no configuration required.

No. Credits are pre-purchased — you always know exactly what you're spending. Auto-refill has configurable monthly caps ($10/$20/$40). There's no metered billing.
Your plan resources (apps, databases, deploys) are never affected. Extra resources beyond your plan get a 14-day grace period, then are suspended (not deleted). Always On turns off immediately — your app keeps running, just with a few seconds of startup time after inactivity. Scheduled jobs are automatically paused until credits are replenished. Your data is always preserved.
Plan deploys reset monthly. Purchased credits persist for 12 months regardless of your billing cycle.
Apps on Telbase sleep after 15 minutes of no traffic to save resources. The next visitor waits 3–8 seconds while the app wakes up. Always On keeps your app awake so every request is instant. It costs 100 credits/month ($10/mo) per app — Pro includes one. If credits run out, Always On turns off automatically but your app keeps running normally. Enable it in project settings or ask your AI agent.
Yes. Cancel or downgrade at any time. Your apps continue running until the end of your billing period. Purchased credits are preserved (12-month expiry).
